Curves on a woman have for ages been the epitome of sexy so it only stands to reason that as the old adage goes…if you’ve got it, flaunt it! Of course that is a little hard to do if you wear over a size twelve and want to “flaunt it” in something sexy but are stuck with shopping at big department stores where the selection of sexy lingerie is limited and the selection of sexy plus size lingerie is almost non-existent. Even lingerie specialty stores like Victoria’s Secret can just bum you out when you see the perfect little push up lace corset and thong number and the only size on the rack is a size 6.
But not to fear! It turns out trendy plus size lingerie does in fact exist. You just aren’t likely to find it at your local retailer though. Instead if you Google “plus size lingerie” you will be, as I was, very pleasantly surprised to see that its not all mu mus and house coats or bras and panties that look like they were designed to cover as much skin as possible and potentially be worn under a chastity belt! Instead there are all kinds of delicious options in plus size now…including but not limited to my latest favorite style that I wished upon a star for after seeing it in the latest Victoria’s Secret catalog: the lace open in the back push up apron style lingerie. The ribbon closure in the back makes it perfect for a tailored fit on plus size curves and I found a few variations of it on HotPlusSizeLingerie.com, along with sexy plus size bedroom corsets, sexy see through body stockings, babydolls, garter sets and even plus size bridal lingerie!
So, if you’ve been stuck wearing loose fitting slip like “lingerie” because it was all you could find but in your heart you are after a fun trendy lingerie look that is designed to make his jaw drop then consider becoming an online shopper because apparently that is where all the trendy plus size lingerie has been hiding!
